CHAP. 41.— An Act To authorize the city of Chicago to construct a bascule bridge across the Calumet River at Ninety-second Street, in said city.February 17, 1912.[[H. R. 16676](/us/bill/62/hr/16676).][[Public, No. 86](/us/pl/62/86).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Calumet River.Chicago, Ill., may bridge, at Ninety-second Street. That the city of Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bascule bridge and approaches thereto across the Calumet River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at Ninety-second Street, in said city, in Vol. 84, p. 84.accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 17, 1912.
