CHAP. 404.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors.August 24, 1912.[[H. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1344pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pension increased.Pryor G. Guseman.The name of Pryor G. Guseman, late of Company H, First Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pensions.Elizabeth L. Bayless.The name of Elizabeth L. Bayless, widow of James M.
Bayless, late of Troop E, Eighth Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, with an additional allowance of two dollars per month on account of each of four minor children of the soldier until they, respectively, reach the age of sixteen years. Ann Livingston.The name of Ann Livingston, dependent mother of Robert E. Livingston, late of Company K, Thirty-second Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
James W. Fisher.The name of James W. Fisher, late of Company U, Eighth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. John H. Brogan.The name of John H. Brogan, late of United States ship Benicia, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Virginia L. Duplan.The name of Virginia L. Duplan, widow of Melchior Long Duplan, late of Battery C, Third Regiment United States Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
