CHAP. 403.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows of such soldiers and sailors.August 24, 1912.[[H. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions.Frank Newman.The name of Frank Newman, late of Company G, Sixth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
Mathew M. Ledwien.The name of Mathew M. Ledwien, late of Company K, Fifteenth Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Frank EL Lyman, Jr.The name of Frank E. Lyman, junior, late first lieutenant, Signal Corps, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month. 1343 The name of Walter A. Menges, late of the band, Nineteenth RegimentWalter A. Menges. United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month.
