CHAP. 401.— An Act For the relief of Frank D. Courtade.August 24, 1912.[[H. R. 23604](/us/bill/62/hr/23604).][[Private, No. 112](/us/pvtl/62/112).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frank D. Courtade.Homestead entry allowed. That the disqualification to make homestead entry found by the Department of the Interior to exist by reason of the ownership by Frank D. Courtade of thirty-one sixty-fourths of an acre of land in excess of one hundred and sixty acres, at the time, to wit, July second, nineteen hundred and ton, that he made settlement upon, and on August first, nineteen hundred and ten, when he applied to make homestead entry of the south half of north half of section eighteen, township thirty-seven south, range seven east, Willamette meridian, Oregon, be. and the same hereby is, removed; and the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to allow homestead entry by said Courtade under his application to enter said land, filed August first, nineteen hundred and ten, and known as number naught three thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, series of the United States land office at Lakeview.
Oregon, as of the date applied for; but nothing herein contained shall be construed as waiving full compliance with the homestead laws in the matter of residence and improvement under such entry. Approved, August 24, 1912.
