CHAP. 4.— An Act Amending section sixty-seven of the Act approved March third, nineteen hundred and eleven, to codify, revise, and amend the laws relating to the judiciary. December 21, 1911.[[S. 2877](/us/bill/62/s/2877).][[Public, No. 49](/us/pl/62/49).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Judicial Code.Vol. 36, p. 1105, amended.United States courts. That section sixty-seven of the Act approved March third, nineteen hundred and eleven, to codify, revise, and amend the laws relating to the judiciary be amended by adding at the end of said section the following:
" Present circuit court officials may be appointed to district court positions.“*Provided,* That no such person at present holding a position or employment in a circuit court shall be debarred from similar appointment or employment in the district court succeeding to such circuit court jurisdiction.” " Approved, December 21, 1911.
