CHAP. 398.— An Act For the relief of Patrick Howe.August 24, 1912.[[H. R. 7434](/us/bill/62/hr/7434).][[Private, No. 109](/us/pvtl/62/109).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Patrick Howe.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Patrick Howe shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private in Company G, Fifty-ninth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, on the *Proviso*.No prior pension.first day of February, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
