CHAP. 396.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors.August 24, 1912.[[S. 6851](/us/bill/62/s/6851).][[Private, No. 107](/us/pvtl/62/107).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions.Joseph Morris.The name of Joseph Morris, late of Company E, First Regiment Nebraska Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
William P. Mandeville.The name of William P. Mandeville, late of the United States ships Constellation, Rhode Island, and Wabash, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. John A. Connolly.The name of John A. Connolly late of Company B, First Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pension increased.Frederick L. Jones.The name of Frederick L. Jones, late of Company B, First Regiment United States Volunteer Engineers, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
