CHAP. 395.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and to certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers or sailors.August 24, 1912.[[S. 6384](/us/bill/62/s/6384).][[Private, No. 106](/us/pvtl/62/106).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the InteriorPensions. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Martin Markeson, late of Company F, Thirty-fifthPensions.Martin Markeson, Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Strouther, late of Company G, Forty-ninth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of Frederick S.
