That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to establish additional lifesaving stations on the sea and lake coasts of the United States,Libby Island, Me. as follows, namely: One on the larger of the two Libby Islands, situated at the entrance to Machias Bay, in the State of Maine; one at HalfHalf Moon Bay, Cal.
