CHAP. 38.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Snake River at the town of Nyssa, Oregon. August 22, 1911.[[H. R. 7690](/us/bill/62/hr/7690).][[Public, No. 37](/us/pl/62/37).] *Beit enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the county commissionersSnake River.Malheur County and Nyssa, Oreg., may bridge. of Malheur County, State of Oregon, and the town of Nyssa, Malheur County, Oregon, their successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a wagon and foot bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Snake River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at the town of Nyssa, Oregon, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “AnVol. 34, p. 84.
Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, August 22, 1911.
