CHAP. 375.— An Act To authorize the elimination of part of North Dakota Avenue from the permanent system of highways plan.August 24, 1912.[[S. 7165](/us/bill/62/s/7165).][[Public, No. 322](/us/pl/62/322).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,District of Columbia.North Dakota Avenue northwest eliminated from highways plan. That the Commissioners of the District of Columbia be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to eliminate North Dakota Avenue northwest between Third Street on the east and Georgia Avenue on the west from the permanent system of highways plan for the District of Columbia, adopted in accordance with the provisions contained in the Act of CongressVol. 27, p. 534. approved March second, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, entitled “An Act to provide a permanent system of highways in that part of the District of Columbia lying outside the cities,” and an amendmentVol. 30. p. 519. to said Act approved June twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight.
