CHAP. 368.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to provide for the final disposition of the affairs of the Five Civilized Tribes in the Indian Territory, and for other purposes,” approved April twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and six (Thirty-fourth Statutes at Large, page one hundred and thirty-seven).August 24, 1912.[[S. 4753](/us/bill/62/s/4753).][[Public, No. 315](/us/pl/62/315).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Oklahoma.Sale of reserved Choctaw lands, etc., in, authorized.
That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to sell, upon such terms and conditions, under such regulations, and in such tracts as he shall deem advisable, the land and timber, together or separately, reserved from allotment under the provisions of section seven of the Act entitledVol. 34, p. 139. “An Act to provide for the final disposition of the affairs of the Five Civilized Tribes in the Indian Territory, and for other purposes,” approved April twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and six (Thirty-fourth Statutes at Large, page one hundred and thirty-seven).
