CHAP. 363.— An Act To authorize the Union Pacific Railroad Company to construct a bridge across the Missouri River. August 24, 1912.[[H. R. 25282](/us/bill/62/hr/25282).][[Public, No. 310](/us/pl/62/310).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Missouri River.Union Pacific Railroad Company may bridge, Omaha, Nebr. That the Union Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Utah, and its assigns, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the city of Omaha, in the county of Douglas, in the Vol. 34. p. 84.State of Nebraska, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, August 24, 1912.
