CHAP. 362.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Clearwater River at a point within the corporate limits of the city of Lewiston, Idaho. August 24, 1912.[[S. 7315](/us/bill/62/s/7315).][[Public, No. 309](/us/pl/62/309).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Clearwater River.Lewiston or State of Idaho may bridge. That the city of Lewiston, Idaho, or the State of Idaho, or the city of Lewiston in conjunction with the State of Idaho, or any subdivision of the State of Idaho, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Clearwater River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation within the corporate limits of the said city of Lewiston, in the county of Nez Perce, in the State of Idaho, Vol. 34, p. 84.in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, August 24, 1912.
