CHAP. 361.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River at the town site of Sartell, Minnesota. August 24, 1912.[[S. 7209](/us/bill/62/s/7209).][[Public, No. 308](/us/pl/62/308).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mississippi River.Sartell, Minn., may bridge. That the village of Sartell, in the county of Stearns and State of Minnesota, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at the town site of Sartell, Stearns County, Minnesota,Vol. 34, p. 84. in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters, ” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, August 24, 1912.
