CHAP. 36.— An Act Granting an extension of time to construct a bridge across Rock River at or near Colona Ferry, in the State of Illinois.February 10, 1913.[[H. R. 27157](/us/bill/62/hr/27157).][[Public, No. 366](/us/pl/62/366).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rock River.Time extended for bridging, by Henry and Rock Island Counties, Ill., Colona Ferry.*Ante*, p. 24. That the time for the commencement of the bridge authorized by the Act entitled “An Act to construct a bridge across Rock River at or near Colona Ferry, in the State of Illinois,” approved August nineteenth, nineteen hundred and eleven, is hereby extended to one year from the date of the passage of this Act.
Sec. 2. That the construction, maintenance, and operation of theConstruction, etc. bridge and approaches thereto therein authorized by the aforesaid Act shall be in all respects in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the constructionVol. 34, p. 84. of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 3. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved.
