CHAP. 345.— An Act To extend the time for the completion of a bridge across the Missouri River at or near Yankton, South Dakota, by the Winnipeg, Yankton and Gulf Railroad Company.August 23, 1912.[[S. 5882](/us/bill/62/s/5882).][[Public, No. 294](/us/pl/62/294).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Missouri River.Time extended for bridging, at Yankton, S. Dak., by Winnipeg, Yankton and Gulf Railroad Company.Vol. 33, pp. 157, 715;
Vol. 34, pp. 10, 897; Vol. 36, pp. 167, 658; Vol. 36, pp. 186, 1084. That section six of the Act approved April fifth, nineteen hundred and four, authorizing the Winnipeg, Yankton and Gulf Railroad Company to construct a combined railroad, wagon, and foot-passenger bridge across the Missouri River at or near the city of Yankton, South Dakota, as amended by the Act approved January twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and ten, be, and the same is hereby, so amended that the time within which 358 the said bridge is required to be commenced shall be within one year and the time within which it is required that the said bridge shall be completed shall be within three years from the date of the approval *Proviso*.Construction, etc.Vol. 34. p. 84.of this Act: *Provided*, That the construction, maintenance, and operation of the said bridge shall be in all respects subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, August 23, 1912.
