CHAP. 341.— An Act For the relief of John P. Risley.August 22, 1912.[[H. R. 19190](/us/bill/62/hr/19190).][[Private, No. 99](/us/pvtl/62/99).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John P. RisleyMilitary record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws John P. Risley, late of Battery D, First Regiment United States Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States on September eleventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-five:*Proviso*.No prior pension. *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
