That the Commissioner of Navigation is hereby authorized and directed, upon application of the owner, the Inland Steamship Company of Indiana Harbor, Indiana, to change the name of the steamer Arthur H.
Hawgood, official number two hundred and four thousand six hundred and thirty-one, to Joseph Block. Approved, February 10, 1912.
