August 19, 1911.[[S. 306](/us/bill/62/s/306).][[Public, No. 33](/us/pl/62/33).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That from and after the passageDistrict of Columbia.Commodore Barney Circle designated. of this Act the circle located at the eastern end of Pennsylvania Avenue southeast, in the District of Columbia, now known as public reservations numbered fifty-five and fifty-six, shall be officially known and designated “Commodore Barney Circle.
