CHAP. 338.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to convey a certain frame building.August 22, 1912.[[H. R. 1248](/us/bill/62/hr/96).][[Private, No. 96](/us/pvtl/62/96).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alva, Okla. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to convey to Company I, 1294 Conveyance of frame building on lot in, to Company I, Oklahoma National Guard.Oklahoma National Guard, the frame building formerly used for the United States land office, and located on lot numbered one, in block numbered forty, in the city of Alva, in Woods County, State of Oklahoma, said building to be removed from its present location and used as an armory for said militia company, such removal to be without expense to the United States.
