CHAP. 337.— An Act For the relief of John Treffeisen.August 22, 1912.[[H. R. 606](/us/bill/62/hr/606).][[Private, No. 95](/us/pvtl/62/95).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Treffeisen. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, John Treffeisen,Military record corrected. who was captain of Company C, Fifty-sixth Regiment Pennsylvania Infantry Volunteers, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the twenty-fourth day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provide*,*Proviso*.No prior pension.
That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, August 22, 1912.
