CHAP. 325.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors.August 21, 1912.[[H.R. 2476](/us/bill/62/hr/2476).][[Private, No. 93](/us/pvtl/62/93).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pension.Joseph W.
Wightman.The name of Joseph W. Wightman, late fireman, second class, of the United States Navy, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Pension increased.Jesse B. Haptonstall.The name of Jesse B. Haptonstall, late of Captain Williams’s company, Second Regiment Washington Territory Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian War, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
