Hawgood,” steamer.Change of name authorized. That the Commissioner of Navigation is hereby authorized and directed, upon application of the owner, the Hubbard Steamship Company, of Mentor, Ohio, to change the name of the steamer Henry A. Hawgood, official number two hundred and three thousand five hundred and eighty-two. Approved, February 10, 1912.
