CHAP. 315.— An Act For the relief of William K. Harvey, alias William K. Hall.August 20, 1912.[[H. R. 5763](/us/bill/62/hr/5763).][[Private, No. 86](/us/pvtl/62/86).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William K. Harvey, alias William K. Hall.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, William K.
Harvey, also known as William K. Hall, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private in Company B, Seventh Regiment California Volunteer Infantry, on the eighteenth day of *Proviso*.No prior pension.August, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight: *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
