CHAP. 300.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the liens of judgments and decrees of the courts of the United States.August 17, 1912.[[H. R. 18017](/us/bill/62/hr/18017).][[Public, No. 270](/us/pl/62/270).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,United States courts.Recording judgments in State offices.Vol. 25, p. 358, repealed. That section three of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the liens of judgments and decrees of the courts of the United States,” approved August first, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
This Act shall take effect on and after January first, nineteenIn effect January 1, 1913. hundred and thirteen. Approved, August 17, 1912.
