That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to Catherine Grimm, of Cleveland, Ohio, mother of Otto B.
Grimm, late first lieutenant, Signal Corps, United States Army, the sum of one thousand two hundred dollars, in full compensation of all claims or demands of the estate of the late Otto B. Grimm. Approved, August 16, 1912.
