Kennard and Sons Carpet Company.August 16, 1912.[[S. 4007](/us/bill/62/s/4007).][[Private, No. 77](/us/pvtl/62/77).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. Kennard and Sons Carpet Company.Refund of duties to.*Ante*, p. 598. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund to the J. Kennard and Sons Carpet Company, of Saint Louis, Missouri, a corporation of the State of Missouri, the sum of two thousand four hundred and twenty-seven dollars and eighty-eight cents, the same being the amount of penalties heretofore assessed against and collected from said company on account of customs duties in the months of April, May, July, and August, nineteen hundred and seven.
