A. Embry.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to G. A. Embry, of Estill County, Kentucky, the sum of two hundred dollars in full compensation for services rendered the United States during the War with Spain. Approved, August 14, 1912.
