CHAP. 29.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Tug Fork of the Big Sandy River at or near Glenhayes Station, in Wayne County, West Virginia. August 19, 1911.[[H. R. 4682](/us/bill/62/hr/4682).][[Public, No. 28](/us/pl/62/28).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Tug Fork, Big Sandy River.Glenhayes Company may bridge, at Glenhayes, W. Va. That the Glenhayes Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of West Virginia, its successors and assigns, be, and are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Tug Fork of the Big Sandy River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Glenhayes, in Wayne County, West Vol. 84, p. 84.Virginia, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, August 19, 1911.
