CHAP. 285.— An Act To authorize the Great Northern Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Missouri River.August 10, 1912.[[S. 7195](/us/bill/62/s/7195).][[Public, No. 262](/us/pl/62/262).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Missouri River.Great Northern Railway Company may bridge, in North Dakota or Montana. That the Great Northern Railway Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches across the Missouri River at a point suitable Location.to the needs of navigation, either in the county of McKenzie or Williams, in the State of North Dakota, or the county of Dawson Vol. 34, p. 84.or Valley, in the State of Montana, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is expressly hereby reserved. Approved, August 10, 1912.
