CHAP. 266.— An Act Authorizing Daniel W. Abbott to make homestead entry.July 31, 1912.[[H. R. 12376](/us/bill/62/hr/12376).][[Private, No. 67](/us/pvtl/62/67).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Daniel W. Abbott.May make homestead entry. That Daniel W. Abbott be, and he is hereby, empowered to make entry of and acquire title to the south half of the southeast quarter and the south half of the southwest quarter of section six in township ten south, range twenty-eight east, Boise meridian, under the general provisions of the homestead laws of the United States, notwithstanding he may have heretofore exhausted his right to make entry under said laws,Credit for prior residence. and he shall be given credit, under any entry made by him under this Act, for the full period of such actual residence as he may have maintained on said land or on land embraced in the legal subdivision of land adjoining said land prior to the time he makes entry under this Act.
