CHAP. 262.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows of such soldiers and sailors.July 30, 1912.[[S. 6978](/us/bill/62/s/6978).][[Private, No. 66](/us/pvtl/62/66).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the [tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension Laws— Pensions.Grant Noble.The name of Grant Noble, late of Company D, Sixteenth Regiment United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
Edward F. Shaughnessy.The name of Edward F. Shaughnessy, late of Company B, First Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Gust Carlson.The name of Gust Carlson, late of Battery B, Utah Volunteer Light Artillery, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month. Pension increased.Ira Howell.The name of Ira Howell, late of Company A, First Regiment Colorado Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Pensions.Jethro J. T. Garde.The name of Jethro J. T. Garde, late of Company G, Twenty-first Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. William Buck.The name of William Buck, late of Company H, Twenty-third Regiment Kansas Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of fourteen dollars per month. Pensions increased,Anna E. K. Webb.The name of Anna E. R. Webb, widow of Alexander S. Webb, late brigadier general, United States Volunteers, and brevet brigadier general and major general, United States Array, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
Marion Franklin.The name of Marion Franklin, widow of Samuel R. Franklin, late rear admiral, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, July 30, 1912.
