CHAP. 26.— An Act To amend section one hundred and ten of “An Act to codify, revise, and amend the laws relating to the judiciary,” approved March third, nineteen hundred and eleven.February 1, 1912.[[S. 1650](/us/bill/62/s/1650).][[Public, No. 71](/us/pl/62/71).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,United States courts.Vol. 36, p. 1127, amended. That section one hundred and ten of “An Act to codify, revise, and amend the laws relating to 59the judiciary,” approved March third, nineteen hundred and eleven, be, and it is hereby, amended so as to read as follows:
" “Sec. 110. The State of Vermont shall constitute one judicial district,Vermont judicial district.Terms. to be known as the district of Vermont. Terms of the district court shall be held at Burlington on the fourth Tuesday in February, at Windsor on the third Tuesday in May, at Rutland on the first Tuesday in October, and at Brattleboro on the third Tuesday in December. In each year one of the stated terms of the district court may, when adjourned, be adjourned to meet at Montpelier and one at Newport: *Provided, however*, That suitable rooms and accommodations shall be*Proviso*.Rooms at Brattleboro. furnished for the holdings of said court and for the use of the officers of said court at Brattleboro free of expense to the Government of the United States until the public building provided for by Act of Congress shall be erected.
