CHAP. 252.— An Act To consolidate certain forest lands in the Paulina (Oregon) National Forest.July 25, 1912.[[S. 4746](/us/bill/62/s/4746).][[Public, No. 240](/us/pl/62/240).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Paulina National Forest, Oreg.Exchange of lands on, with private owners. That the Secretary of the Interior, for the purpose of consolidating the forest lands belonging to the United States within the Paulina (Oregon) National Forest, be, and he hereby is, authorized and empowered, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture, to exchange lands belonging to the United States which are part of the Paulina (Oregon) 201 National Forest for privately owned lands lying within the exterior limits of the said national forest: *Provided*, That the lands so exchanged*Provisos*.Condition. shall be equal in area and substantially equal in value: *And provided further*, That upon the consummation of such exchange theAddition to National Forest. land deeded to the United States thereunder shall become a part of the Paulina (Oregon) National Forest.
