CHAP. 243.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to exchange the site heretofore acquired for a United States immigration station at Baltimore, Maryland, for another suitable site, and to pay, if necessary, out of the appropriation heretofore made for said immigration station an additional sum in accomplishing such exchange; or to sell the present site, the money procured from such sale to revert to the appropriation made for said immigration station, and to purchase another site in lieu thereof.
July 20, 1912.[[S. 20501](/us/bill/62/s/20501).][[Public, No. 233](/us/pl/62/233).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Baltimore, Md., immigrant station.Exchange of site, etc., authorized.Vol. 36, pp. 685, 1366. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to exchange the site heretofore acquired for a United States immigration station at Baltimore, Maryland, for another suitable site, and to pay, if necessary, out of the appropriation heretofore made for said immigration station an additional sum in accomplishing such exchange; or to sell the present site, the money from such sale to revert to the appropriation made for said immigration station, and to purchase another site in lieu thereof, the total cost of such new site so acquired not to exceedCost of new site. the sum of thirty-five thousand dollars.
