CHAP. 24.— An Act To authorize the construction, maintenance, and operation of a bridge across the Little River, at or near Lepanto, Arkansas.January 27, 1912.[[H. R. 14125](/us/bill/62/hr/14125).][[Public, No. 69](/us/pl/62/69).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Little River.Poinsett County, Ark., may bridge, Lepanto. That the county of Poinsett, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arkansas, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the little River, at or near Lepanto, Arkansas, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the Vol. 34, p. 84.provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 27, 1912.
