That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increasedJohn Brannan.The name of John Brannan, late of Company A, Fortieth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Hiram R. Smith.The name of Hiram R. Smith, late of Company D, Fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. John W. Currier.The name of John W. Currier, late of Company B, Fourth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
