CHAP. 211.— An Act For the relief of Herbert Thompson.July 6, 1912.[[S. 1293](/us/bill/62/s/1293).][[Private, No. 46](/us/pvtl/62/46).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Herbert Thompson.Payment to guardian of, for injuries to father. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Virginia Trust Company, of Richmond, Virginia, guardian of Herbert Thompson, minor and only child of Charles J.
Thompson, deceased, the sum of seven hundred and one dollars and twelve cents, in full compensation for the loss of his father, late a master rigger at the Norfolk Navy Yard, and who was killed by an accident while in line of duty on September fourteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, while engaged in removing the battery of the United States steam-ship Newport, at the navy yard in Norfolk, Virginia.
