CHAP. 21.— An Act For the relief of Eliza Choteau Roscamp. August 17, 1911.[[H. R. 11303](/us/bill/62/hr/11302).][[Private, No. 1](/us/pvtl/62/1).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza Choteau Roscamp.Alienation restriction removed from Indian allotment. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized to approve an order for the removal of restrictions upon alienation from the northeast quarter southeast quarter section ten, township twenty-five north, range twenty-four east, of the Indian meridian, Oklahoma, the homestead allotment of Eliza Choteau Roscamp, Seneca allotment numbered one hundred and eighty-four, such removal of restrictions to become effective only and simultaneously with the execution of a deed by said allottee to the purchaser, after said land has been sold in compliance with the directions of the Secretary of the Interior.
