CHAP. 192.— An Act Authorizing the President to nominate and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, appoint Lloyd L. R. Krebs, late a captain in the Medical Corps of the United States Army, a major in the Medical Corps on the retired list, and increasing the retired list by one for the purposes of this Act. July 3, 1912.[[S. 1337](/us/bill/62/s/1337).][[Public, No. 210](/us/pl/62/210).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Army.Lloyd L.
R. Krebs, may be appointed captain, Medical Corps, retired. hat the President be, and he is hereby, authorized to nominate and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint Lloyd L. R. Krebs, late a captain in the Medical Corps of the United States Army, to be a major of the Medical Corps on the retired list of the Army. And the retired list is hereby increased by one for the purposes of this Act. Approved, July 3, 1912.
