CHAP. 186.— An Act Authorizing the fiscal court of Pike County, Kentucky, to construct a bridge across Russell Fork of Big Sandy River, at or near Millard, Kentucky. June 26, 1912.[[H. R. 23461](/us/bill/62/hr/23461).][[Public, No. 205](/us/pl/62/205).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Russell Fork, Big Sandy River.Pike County, Ky., may bridge, Millard. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted for the fiscal court of Pike County, Kentucky, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Russell Fork of the Big Sandy River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Millard, in the county of Pike, in the State of Kentucky, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulateVol. 34, p. 84. the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 26, 1912.
