CHAP. 184.— An Act To authorize the Norfolk and Western Railway Company to construct sundry bridges across the Tug Fork of the Big Sandy River.June 26, 1912. [[H. R. 20593](/us/bill/62/hr/20593).] [[Public, No. 203](/us/pl/62/203).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Tug Fork, Big Sandy River.Norfolk and Western Railway Company may bridge, West Virginia, Virginia, and Kentucky. That the Norfolk and Western Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Virginia, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate bridges and approaches thereto across the Tug Fork of Big Sandy River at such points where the same forms the boundary line between the States of West Virginia and Kentucky, or the boundary line between the States of West Virginia and Virginia, as may be suitable to the interests of navigation and approved by the Secretary of War, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the constructionVol. 34, p. 84. of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, June 26, 1912.
