CHAP. 18.— An Act For the relief of the heirs of Anna M. Toreson, deceased.January 28, 1913.[[H. R. 22437](/us/bill/62/hr/22437).][[Private, No. 122](/us/pvtl/62/122).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Anna M. Toreson.Land in Modoc County restored to public domain. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to public entry the following parcel of land situate in Modoc County, Susanville land district, in the State of California, to wit:
Description.The south half of the southwest quarter, the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter, and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter, section nine, township forty-one north, range ten east, Mount Diablo base and meridian, in California, containing one hundred and sixty acres. Sec. 2. Issue of patent to heirs of entry woman.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized, upon compliance with the foregoing section and proof of Vol. 20, p.89.compliance by the entrywoman or her heirs under the timber-and-stone Act of June third, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, and Acts amendatory thereof, to issue to the heirs of Anna M.
Toreson, deceased, a patent for the south half of the southwest quarter, the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter, and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter, section nine, township forty-one north, range ten east, Mount Diablo base and meridian, being the same land described in section one of this Act. Approved, January 28, 1913.
