CHAP. 18.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Tug Fork of Big Sandy River.January 27, 1912.[[H. R. 13112](/us/bill/62/hr/13112).][[Public, No. 63](/us/pl/62/63).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Tug Fork of Big Sandy River.Mingo and Pike Bridge Company may bridge, Williamson, W. Va. That the Mingo and Pike Bridge Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of West Virginia, its successors and assigns, be, and are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge, and approaches thereto, across Tug Fork of the Big Sandy River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the point where the Williamson Branch empties into said river, in the city of Williamson, in Mingo County, West Virginia, in accordance with the provisions Vol. 34, p. 84.of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 27, 1912.
