Bourger, as the same appears in the report of Hawkins-Taylor Commission in relation to Company F, Osage County Battalion, Missouri Home Guards, to refer to Joseph Bourgeret, of Osage County, Missouri.March 4, 1913.[[H. R. 28613](/us/bill/62/hr/28613).][[Private, No. 177](/us/pvtl/62/177).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,E. T. Bourger.Name construed as Joseph Bourgeret.
That the name of E, T. Bourger, as the same appears in the report of the Hawkins-Taylor Commission in relation to Company F, Osage County Battalion, Missouri Home Guards, shall be construed as referring to Joseph Bourgeret, who now resides in Osage County, Missouri. Approved, March 4, 1913.
