CHAP. 174.— An Act For the relief of Felix Morgan.March 4, 1913.[[H. R. 21849](/us/bill/62/hr/21849).][[Private, No. 174](/us/pvtl/62/174).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Felix Morgan.Payment to, for injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Felix Morgan, of Wirt County, West Virginia, out of any funds in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars, to compensate him for injuries received while in the employ of the Government on the Little Kanawha River, in Wirt County, West Virginia.
