That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Andrew N.
Shuttleworth, late of Company H, SecondPensions.Andrew N. Shuttleworth. Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month. The name of John Moore, late of Troop H, Tenth Regiment United StatesJohn Moore. Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of Walter Cox, late of Company G, Sixth RegimentWalter Cox. United States Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month.
