CHAP. 154.— An Act To reinstate Robert N. Campbell as a first lieutenant in the Coast Artillery Corps, United States Army.March 4, 1913. [[S. 6877](/us/bill/62/s/6877).] [[Public, No. 439](/us/pl/62/439).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Army.Robert N. Campbell may be reinstated as first lieutenant, Coast Artillery. That the President of the United States be, and be is hereby, authorized to appoint Robert N.
Campbell a first lieutenant in the Coast Artillery Corps, United States Army, to take rank next after First Lieutenant Robert O. Edwards, Coast Artillery Corps, the said Robert N. Campbell having served for a period of eight years and six months, from June, nineteen hundred and two, to December, nineteen hundred and ten. Sec. 2. No back pay, etc.That the said Robert N. Campbell shall receive no pay or emolument except from the date of his appointment, but nothing in this bill shall be construed to increase the total authorized commissioned strength of the Army.
