CHAP. 149.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war.June 3, 1912.[[H. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of William Hill, late of Company E, Second RegimentPension.William Hill Pennsylvania Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month without deduction or recoupment for former alleged erroneous payments or overpayments of pensions.
